AUTHORITY: What Are You Still Handing Away?
Share
AUTHORITY: Ownership
You cannot lead what you keep refusing to own.
Authority is not control over everyone around you. It is the willingness to take responsibility for what actually belongs to you: your choices, your boundaries, your discipline, your reactions, your leadership, and the influence you carry. People lose authority when they keep giving responsibility away to circumstances, history, fear, approval, or other people’s behavior.
Take it deeper

- Where have you confused responsibility with blame?
- What boundary, decision, or discipline would look different if you fully owned your part?
